Walk-ins are subject to availability. 2.2 Customers must provide accurate contact information when booking a reservation. 2.3 Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or reassignment of your table. 2.4 Shubh Aarambh reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice provided whenever possible.

3. Payments and Pricing

3.1 All prices listed on menus are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 3.2 Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other accepted methods. 3.3 For large parties or special events, a deposit or pre-payment may be required. 3.4 Tips and service charges are not included in menu prices unless explicitly stated.

4.1 Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time. 4.2 Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in charges, particularly for large parties or special bookings.

5.1 Customers are expected to act respectfully toward other guests, staff, and the premises. 5.2 Shubh Aarambh has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior. 5.3 Guests are responsible for their belongings. Shubh Aarambh is not liable for lost or stolen items. 5.4 Damage to property caused by a guest may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

6. Special Events and Private Bookings

6.1 Shubh Aarambh offers event spaces and private booking options. Terms for such bookings, including deposit requirements and cancellation policies, will be outlined in specific agreements. 6.2 Any special requests or customizations for events must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

7.1 Customers are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing orders. 7.2 While Shubh Aarambh takes care to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in all dishes.

8. Gift Vouchers

8.1 Gift vouchers purchased from Shubh Aarambh are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. 8.2 Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 8.3 Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

9. Liability

9.1 Shubh Aarambh is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages incurred by guests unless they are caused by our negligence. 9.2 Guests use the facilities and services at their own risk.
